On October 10, 2019, the Antimonopoly Committee decided to find the company guilty of violating antitrust laws.

TEDIS Ukraine denies allegations from the AMCU of violating competition law in the form of anticompetitive concerted action.

As to the substance of the case, the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee was made in violation of the requirements of the current legislation, without the available evidence base and on far-fetched grounds.

The company has worked and continues to operate solely within the legislative field.
