Official statement: The Court of Appeal postponed the hearing in the case of TEDIS Ukraine, the company declares attempts to redistribute the market in the interests of certain groups of influence
Today, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal of Kyiv considered the appeal of TEDIS Ukraine LLC regarding the seizure of the company’s accounts on the application to secure the claim of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine as part of the enforcement of a fine, according to the AMCU decision №697-r. from 10.10.2019. The court decided to postpone the hearing.
“The personal presence during the court hearing of the People’s Deputy from the” Servant of the People “party Oleksandr Dubinsky and the rally of representatives of the National Corps under the court building are eloquent. We see this as a demonstration of unprecedented, political and media pressure on judges and our company, in particular, the sole purpose of which is to redistribute the entire tobacco market in the interests of certain groups of influence, “the company said.
We emphasize that since its inception, TEDIS Ukraine has been working exclusively in the legal field and systematically advocates for transparency and stability of the tobacco market in Ukraine.
