TEDIS Ukraine launches a corporate bot for employees
TEDIS Ukraine, a country’s leading FMCG distributor, has launched a corporate bot for employees. Its title, ITed, was chosen by employees in a corporate vote.
ITed is an application designed to provide useful information to employees and deployed in two instant messengers, Viber and Telegram. With the corporate bot, any TEDIS Ukraine employee can find out the latest company news in a matter of minutes, get answers to the most frequently asked questions (corporate training, medical insurance, etc.), order a certificate of employment, download a vacation application, and much more.
“We are a national scale company represented across Ukraine and uniting 2,300 employees. It was important for us to develop a user-friendly and technological tool for internal communications. ITed is a corporate bot that will daily help colleagues, including newcomers during the induction,” said Iryna Ivasiuk, HR Director at TEDIS Ukraine.
